Abstract

The adoption in public health services, of work management ways that deny rights, contracts, relationships and work conditions/processes is, nowadays a rule. The objectives of this project, whose methodological approach is quali-quantitative are the identification and evaluation of management ways in local health care (public) systems of two great cities in São Paulo State (Embu and Guarulhos), possible repercussions psycho-social in worker's health and the resistance ways. It is expected from the results of the investigation, that protection and promotion worker’s health policies will be adopted, from process management and assistance services changes for workers suffering diseases linked to psycho-social repercussions like pathological stress, pathological fatigue and the Burnout syndrome, for example.
