Abstract

This study is intented to evaluate the death cell or "apoptosis" in avian mesenchymal cells infected with new castle disease virus (NDV). In this way, it will be infected monolayers at different times post-infection and the detection, expression and quantification of these mediators will be done. Finally, with the results could be possible to better understando some virus interactions. (AU)
