Abstract
The nature and number of the catalytic sites is one of the main parameters determining surface nucleation kinetics in liquids and glasses. This proposal aims at the determination of the surface sites and also of a critical comparison of approaches and results obtained on this particular subject (surface crystallization) at BAM and UFSCar in the last decade.
