Abstract

Feb, 13th, 2006: Visit to the research teams of thermal processes in Unicamp; Visit to FEAGRI (Agricultural Engineering College) unities and to GCA (Alternative Fuel Team); Information exchange with the researchers that work with Fast Pyrolysis Technology and open seminar presentation; Feb, 14th, 2006: Visit the pilot plant PPR-200 that produces bio-oil, partnership of Unicamp and CTC and a visit to a sugar cane mill; Meeting to discuss the issue: scale-up assessment of the process for fast pyrolysis of the straw of sugar cane; Feb, 15th, 2006: Presentation on the research lines of Dr. Berrutis team and possible interchange with related teams at Unicamp; Visit to IPT, presentation of seminar on the thermal process for biomas; Feb, 16th, 2006: Discussion on an international conference at energy field and chemical products from renewable resources to be organized by the teams; Meeting for creating joint publication; Feb, 17th, 2006: Assessment of governmental incentive Brasi-Canada for bioenergy field; Drawing up of projects for the cooperation at bioenergy field among the universities and companies of both countries.
