Abstract

Some bouncing cosmological models have beenpreviously obtained for nonminimally coupled scalar fields in 4 and higher dimensions. Plan: obtaining similar solutions in the framework of the brane world scenario and their possible observational consequences. In particular, attempts to account for the observed dark matter and dark energy in terms of multidimensional geometric characteristics. (AU)
