Abstract

Over an 8 year collaboration, the applicant and CRIA have developed a vibrant collaboration to explore biodiversity phenomena via novel analyses of biodiversity. We will use ecological niche modeling on platforms developed at CRIA to examine diverse biodiversity phenomena—distributions of rare Cerrado plants, dynamics of disease vector arthropod species, geography of invasive species, and many other issues that are current in geographic applications of biology.
