Abstract

The visit of Prof. Martínez aims: 1. To analyze micro-mollusks sampled in cores obtained in the Cananéia lagoonal system, throughout Project Fapesp (2006/04344-2), in order to evaluate the potential of these organisms as proxies for natural and anthropogenic environmental changes; 2. Participate in a field work to the Cananéia lagoonal system, in order to establish an estrategy of sampling of surface sediments for micro-mollusks analysis; 3. Dictate a post-graduate course on the Utilization of mollusks as paleoenvironmental indicators (AU)
