Abstract
The here proposed visit of Dr. Armando Domiciano de Souza to IAG/USP, between August 16th and September 7th, has the goal of enabling the continuation of a fruitful collaboration started in 2007 in the field of infrared interferometry of massive stars. Interferometry is one of the most promising branches of observational astronomy, but data interpretation is still very much model dependent. Therefore, our collaboration is based in the natural synergy between Dr. Domiciano's expertise in interferometry with Dr. Carciofi's experience in advanced modeling. The visit was scheduled for a critical period of our common work, in which several projects are reaching their final phase, and a new, broad-scope project is being developed. (AU)
