Abstract

Visiting researcher Sonia Damynova for 12 months to work in project about conventional and nano-catalysts for production of hydrogen from renewable carbon-containing feedstocks and synthesis gas from natural gas. The objective are development of new catalysts and technology potentially applied in industry for production fuels environmentally friendly, the topics of this project are: - Development of new supports (M:N/Al2O3; M= CeO2 e PrO2 N=La2O3 e Sm2O3). -Development of membranes reactor based in ZrO2-CeO2 oxides. - Preparation by convention methods and application of Ni, Pt and Pd based catalysts. - Preparation of nano-catalysts from colloidal suspension of Ni, Pt and Pd metal particles.
