Abstract

1. This professor will teach in the Master and PHD programs at the Catholic University in São Paulo, Brazil (PUC/SP) due to the patternship established between this university and University of Lisbon (http://www.ul.pt/pls/portal/docs/1/240888.PDF).As specified in line b in the third term, the course on Systemics Functional Linguistics and Ontogenetics of Writing will be delivered in the Post-Graduate program of Applied Linguistics and Linguistic Studies (LAEL. The courses offered at the Brazilian university will have a forty-four hour duration.2. This professor will act as an adivisor to graduate students both from Master and PHD programs, who joined the Post- Graduate program in Applied Linguistics and Language Studies at PUC/SP.3. This professor will take part in two public defenses (qualification) at the Post- Graduate program in Applied Linguistics and Language Studies at PUC/SP.4. This professor will also visit University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) to offer a course on Systemic Functional Linguistics. 5. This professor will present a master class in UNITAU in Taubaté. 6. This professor will take part in SEPLA (Research Seminar in Applied Linguistics) at UNITAU for two days. 7. This professor will visit both high and elementary schools, which belong to the patternship program with UNITAU to talk to teachers in order to understand the Brazilian schooling reality. 8. This professor will organize a book on the development of the writing skill in mother language on the elementary school teaching, presenting results in the DEEB (development of the writing skill in the elementary school). He also supervizes the ILTEC (Institute of Theoretical and Computational Linguistics in Lisbon, Portugal, and he himself will be the writer of two chapters. 9. This professor will carry out a final revision of his three articles presented in international conferences and that are in draft version since his public presentation. He intends to have them publish in scientific magazines. (AU)
