Abstract

Brazil has been going through a peculiar moment regarding economic growth. One area considered strategic for continous growing of the country is the energetic sector. Energy industry grows continuously and nowadays figures among priorities for the Government, especially, for ABC region because of its geographical localization. Current era of full employment allied to deficiency of specialized professionals and the poor scenario of institutes for professional qualification at energetic sector constitutes as great challenges. From the presented context, this project aims to create a set of indicators of professionals offering market by levels of competences for energy industry at Great ABC. From competence model utilized by two major energy corporations - Petrobras and Braskem - will be conceived a specific competence model which meets most of energy industry organizations. On the other side, curriculum of all formation courses related to energy sector at Great ABC will be analyzed, both technical and college degree. By doing this, professional workers offering will be estimated by levels of competences for years from 2014 to 2016. Results will be published on a website in order to support decisions to organizations, formation institutes and researchers. (AU)
