Abstract

Two experiments will be conducted at the Poultry Sector of Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP),Ilha Solteira's Engineering College. The experiments will last 42 days, being one on the initial period (from 1 to 21 days) and the other on the growth period (from 22 to 42 days). A total of 4.900 Cobb male chicks are going to be used to evaluate the utilization of micotoxin adsorbents,a vegetable and mineral origin, over hepatic and renal functions, hematological and biochemichal parameters and weight of chicken's organs fed with diets contaminated or not with aflatoxin and fumonisin. Performance data will also be evaluated (weight gain, ration intake, nutritive convertion, mortality and production eficiency). The estudied topics are going to be submitted to variancy analysis, and if there's a statistical significancy, the avarages will be compared by the Duncan test, using a 5% probability level. (AU)
