Abstract

Dr. Igor Veselovskii has 28 years of experience in developing LIDAR systems and studies of the microphysical properties with multi-wavelengths systems. He is currently a senior researcher at the Research Institute PIC GPI (Physics Instrumentation Center) of Moscow and head of the LIDAR laboratory in PIC GPI. Furthermore, Dr. Igor Veselovskii is collaborator of the Raman LIDAR laboratory of the Goddard Space Flight Center in NASA. His experience in the field will allow the implementation of channels Raman LIDAR system currently existing in CEPEMA. Besides improving technical details in the current system. (AU)
