Abstract

Plan of Implementation of Resources and justification for each item requested: Research Lab VI - Cell Culture: 1. Acquisition of Inverted Microscope - Zeiss - € 4,603.00 (*) R$ 11,970.10) - The interest in selecting the equipment of that mark following statement from researchers, because it is widely used in the area. It is important to maintain the same standard of equipment, software and cameras already used in the institution to enable the transport of files between users and allow comparative analyzes to results obtained in recent years, through images and standardized measurements. Furthermore, the choice is justified by the optical quality of the equipment and familiarity with the methods of measurement for this software, saving training time for a new use, which mainly prevent comparisons also faithful to the results already obtained. Acquisition of a Class 11 Vertical Flow with HEPA filtration - Analytical representative (U$ 6.600,00 (*) R$ 13.431,00) - It is a high-quality equipment, and our research group already uses them extensively, it is essential that is maintained the same quality standard procedures for the future Laboratory for Cell Culture.
