Abstract

Dr. Michelle Sheehan's visit will consist of weekly meetings with the participants of the Thematic Project to which this application is linked. The discussions will be on parameter setting, the area of expertise of the visiting professor. Besides that, Prof. Sheehan will teach a mini-course on the same topic, focusing on micro and macro parameters. She will also contribute to the plans of a joint research project to be presented to international agencies, she will talk to students about their individual projects, and she will present her work in the Colóquios de Sintaxe, Aquisição e Mudança, in the Department of Linguistics, Unicamp.
