Diagnosis of nutritional status of tomato and sweet corn for industry

Abstract

The objective of this project is to evaluate the nutritional status of tomato and sweet corn with industrial purpose, making use of methodologies CND (Diagnosis of Nutritional Composition), and transforming the isometric log ratio (ilr), to set standards, identify and prioritize constraints nutrition. To this end, for each culture will be formed a database composed of 200 entries, each entry consisting of soil analysis, crop fertilization, foliar analysis, and originated from farms in the state of São Paulo, producing tomato marketable yield and / or sweet corn in the industry. The compositional analysis of vector tissue is composed of the nutrients N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn (AU)
