Abstract

The success of Technological Parks focuses in a continuing system of exchange, combining the scientific development to the creative entrepreneurship generating return into competitiveness and innovation. The current research plan proposes an analysis of consolidated experiences on technological parks that highlight the design in its performance by aiming the possibility for implantation of a Technological Park in Bauru and region. This scope will be examined by the university-industry-government relationship, acting in parks, and its new model of knowledge transfer in order to evaluate the possibility of implantation of a local park, which can generate innovative interaction in design for products, services and companies. The study development must check three main aspects: firstly - the importance of innovative environments of the parks that have focus on design; secondly - the effective and positive results, resulting from companies and academic interaction for the real contribution as to the transfer of the knowledge in design; thirdly - the impact and the local development resulting from the actions of the parks on the region. After, this study intends in its conclusion, to infer a type of structure and the necessary strategies to viable the installation of a park in the region of Bauru, destined to scientific and practical application of design. Finally, the conclusive analysis must certify that the city of Bauru and region present a favorable scenario to the deployment of a local Technology Park with emphasis on design, through strategies,policies and practices of innovation, supported by qualified universities and technological study centers in this area, able to intermediate the base theory with the practical application, promoting local and regional development, reaching the ultimate intent by these innovative habitats.
