Abstract

Construction of Prototype of attachable module of sterilisation Equipment with Ozone, based on the success and knowledge gained in the construction and validation of ozone AutoClave developed in projects CNPq, process number 555487/2010-5 and FAPESP PIPE II, funding No. 10 / 50281-8. The attacheable modules based on ozone sterilization process will allow them to expand the family of autoclaves today from 1000L to 20.000L, as well as the construction of chambers and or attachments in existing chambers in hospitals, industries and laboratories for microbiological control, cell cultures, Vaccine Production, to control Biomaterials, among others; in industries and also for sterilization of hospital supplies. The basis of this project is the adequacy of the sterilization process developed in Autoclave Ozone, consisting of: a) construction of prototype ozone generation capacity 6 (six) times larger system, which is already being pilot tested in BrasilOzônio few months ago; b) reprogramming of the automation, software and hardware with respect to number of cycles and time system; c) development of the coupling between module and autoclave system with the maximum utilization of existing equipment, feasible for the simplicity of the sterilization process based ozone. The method of proof of sterilization and microbiological analyzes of the various materials will be made by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, USP Labs, under the guidance of Dr. Therese de Jesus Andreoli Pinto, and the Institute of Technology in Immunobiology (Biomanguinhos) - FIOCRUZ. O biggest gain will be from users, hospitals, laboratories and industries, as well as an innovative option with reduced prices, will carry out the process in their own dependencies. The introduction of a product with competitive operating costs before their competitors - which presents process is costly expenditures for fertilizers or empowering employees - demonstrates the market potential of the system shown. Sterilization using ozone based on the properties of the gas, which is the most potent natural germicidal there, and in this condition, it is able to remove viruses, bacteria, protozoa and fungi with high efficiency and speed. Associated with the effective operation is the environmental benefit, since the raw material is the ambient air and the residue is oxygen. (AU)
