Abstract

The plant and microorganisms interactions from soil have a profound effect about cultures health, yield and soil quality. Through the spread of selective exudates and leachates from plants, the soil microbial communities are activated and supported. In contrast, the soil microorganisms have traits to synthetize a large variety of secondary metabolites that can have positive influence on plant growth, improving the availability of minerals and nutrients, improving the nitrogen fixation, decreasing the plant susceptibility against cool, improving the plant health and its growth and development with possible yield gains a and decreasing to yield costs. The present study has as aims isolate and identify soil bacteria with traits that promote the plant growth termed as plant growth bacteria promoting isolated from three cultivation systems in no tillage. Then the isolating and characterization with these bacteria their traits will be evaluated to phosphate solubilization, nitrogenase activity, acetic acid and antifungal activity. The bacterial isolates that will present the major number of these traits will be evaluated as their potential to promote plant grows in soybean, corn and beans in greenhouse conditions. (AU)
