Abstract

The share for Institutional Infrastructure Costs for Research - year 2014 will be applied in several sectors linked directly to research. These include the improvement in IT, through links with high performance computing networks and increasing processing power and data storage (essential for historical, survey information and database). Another application is in the work of reform in specific areas of research in cardiopneumology of the Heart Institute that have not been reformed as the Research Center Clinical Professor Fulvio Pileggi doing the experiment directly with human beings; it is research involving animals (experimental), human organs from cadaver (pathology) and new equipment (bioengineering). Will be implemented in these areas reforms in masonry, electrical, hydraulic, data wiring and Wi-Fi. Aiming at the development of symposia focused on the discussion and development of clinical research in Brazil, technical courses of continuing education in clinical research, and conducting Grand Rounds with the opportunity to discuss broad issues facing the research. Invest resources in the project "InCor Research Lectures Series Program" consisting of presentations open to the entire scientific community, with full disclosure and international speakers. (AU)
