Abstract

The School of Chemical Engineering at Unicamp has a well qualified scientific production, which is increasing in the last 15 years: in the 2009-2013 period, 519 articles indexed in Thomson Reuters InCites base were produced, with a good level of citations (2430) resulting in a 4.7 impact factor. These numbers are the highest of all engineering courses at Unicamp. These data indicate a good average production per teacher per year. This growth is consistent with the growth of scientific production of Unicamp as a whole, where FEQ ranks as the sixth among all different Academic Units .The aim of this implementation plan is to improve the IT infrastructure of FEQ toward a world-class structure.
