Abstract

This project investigates the manager's skills demanded of information technology by organizations. Wanted identify organizational characteristics affect this profile. Will adopt a mixed approach of research with two steps- qualitatively and first quanti.A, qualitative, objective understanding how certain IT manager skills become more valued than outras.A second stage of research (survey) with character quantitative, will measure the relationship between the organization's characteristics and value of the IT manager skills.
