Abstract
Agilent Cary 7000 spectrophotometer will be used for measuring samples as crystal, glasses and thin films in the UV -VIS and NIR, in order to study defects and impurities contained in the samples, that will be used in dating and dosimetry of radiation ionizante. It will be a complementary technique OF TL, EPR and LOE. (AU)
