Abstract

Starting from the research question what is the impact of the anti-racism law as a mediator of race relations in contemporary Brazil, this project aims to identify / create indicators to assess the efficacy, effectiveness and relevance of anti-racism law; analyze the effects and impact of anti-racism law; describe the solutions suggested by respondents. Our sample will consist of: 1. self-declared black or brown individuals victims of acts of racial discrimination; 2- legal professionals; and will not be probabilistic. The data collection techniques will be interviews (Likert model) held in person or via social networks, using the snowball technique. The data will be quantified in accordance with the frequency of mention of the built indicators and their subsequent organization into more general categories.
