Abstract

This project aims to build the first version of the new LTA platform consisting of a combination of functions between an airship and an aerostat, with high autonomy of operation may have navigational flexibility in an area determined maintaining physical link with the ground. The platform is composed of the ground anchorage system used in a manner similar to a tethered balloon, but with the format, structure and functionality equal to an airship, being equipped with propellers, stabilizers and aerodynamic shape that allows performing maneuvers.
