Abstract

This project aims: 1) Product certification in the Inmetro; 2) Implant the marketing strategy; 3) Development of The 2nd version of the product with upgrade of CPU module, lower cost, support to RFID reading in the corrals, Direct communication to the server through only one hardware and simplified report to the small farms. The strategy to reach the goals is described in the project been planned with the help of a specialist employee, besides opinions and recommendations of the current strategic partners. The adoption of technology in the Brazilian farms is still incipient and little considered by the major equipment manufacturers. However, it is crescent the interest as innovative and cost-effective solutions are seen at operation. These factors make promising the commercialization of this product by what the company intend to become the national reference in the ration factories and cattle feeding farms in the aspect feeding management system integrable to ERP softwares.
