Abstract

The objective of this proposal is the industrial and business development of IQX additives, particularly the conductive additives ((i) IQX Conductive Additives and (ii) IQX Conductive Eco-resins) and anti-vulcanizing additives ((iii) IQX Regenera). The innovation of these products is due to use the conductive polymers as conductivity agents (i and ii) the development of a polyester polyol synthesis route where the crude glycerin, derived from biodiesel production, is used as raw material (ii) and the possibility of breaking, with high seledivity, sulphidic connections (mono, di, poly) in vulcanized reclaimed rubber process without pressurizing the reaction system and without releasing unpleasant and unhealthy odors and (iii).
