Abstract

Vinylic tellurides will be prepared by hydrotelluration of acetylenes. The tellurides thus prepared will be used to obtain vinylic cuprates of a higher order, which will be captured with different electrophiles. Reactions in the lateral chain of the vinylic tellurides will be effected, with halogenating, oxidizing and reducing agents, with the products being subjected to reactions of addition and carbonyl, metallation, protection and unprotection with suitable reagents. The spectral data of the vinylic tellurides obtained will be systematized, in the attempt to develop and simple and fast method for the regio and ester-chemical determination of the tellurides The mechanisms of the transmetallation reactions will be studied by RMN at low temperature. The addition of aryltellurium trihalides and acetylenes will be studied. The products will be studied in the same way as the vinylic tellurides prepared by hydrotelluration. Studies will be carried out aimed at the application of the systems in the total synthesis of substance of biological interest. (AU)
