Abstract

This research aims to transcribe, edit and produce a critical comment on the notes of the three years of seminars Roland Barthes devoted to semiotics at the Ecole de Hautes Etudes in Sciences Sociales "Inventory of contemporary objects of meaning systems: systems of objects (clothing, food, housing)" (1962-1963), "Inventory of contemporary systems of signification" (1963-1964) and "10 years of semiotics. The theory of the text "(1971-1972), whose files are available in the National Library of France. We hope to develop new content on Barthes relationship with semiotics, which was present throughout all his academic career, including his literary production of the 70 s. (AU)
