Abstract

The main of this work is to specify, model and optimize the performance of the enviromental monitoring systems, more specifically, of the Data Collection Platforms Systems, developed for the INPE - National Institute of Space Research. It will be given emphasis to the markovian modeling of these systems and to the development of softwares for their analysis and optimization.
