Abstract

Docking studies of arilloxazines family compounds and chloroquine will be done to act as inhibitors of the Plasmodium falciparum Glutathione Reductase, Dihydrofolate Reductase-Thymidylate Synthase and Lactate Dehydrogenase enzymes, related with malaria. Also it will be analyzed, through docking studies, the interaction of the same inhibitors with the human Glutathione Reductase, for comparison ends.
