Abstract

To understand the relationship between color and photography it is necessary to investigate the technical and poetical aspects. Deepening in the researches about important photographers that work with color, making a series of interviews with the artists that had been studied and professionals from the area and search for an artistic personal practice, this study tries to emphasize how the color acquires autonomy becoming a structural element of the work.
