Abstract

The objective is to evaluate the spatial variability of chemical and physical properties of soil and soil fauna and its relation to the yield of sugarcane managed in no tillage. We chose two experimental areas, an area in Mogi-Mirim in Red Nitossol eutroferric clayey and another located in Ribeirão Preto in the Centro of Cana of Instituto Agronômico in Oxisol. The first area is 17.8 ha and sampling of soil properties and productivity was marked with a grid of 203 points spaced 30 to 30 meters. The second area with 0.85 ha has been demarcated with 97 points grid spaced 10 x 10 meters. At each point will be assessed to soil compaction, water infiltration, hydraulic conductivity, chemical analysis of soil, soil fauna (using pitfall) and yield of cane sugar. GEOEST software will be used for geostatistical analysis of the data, which semivariograms will be used to verify the spatial dependence and chose the statistical model by cross validation and data interpolation by kriging method. To evaluate the covariance between the variables will be carried out redundancy analysis (RDA) and simple linear correlation analysis between all attributes in order to obtain the correlation between the variables and if this correlation shown directly or inversely proportional.
