Abstract Over the past thirty years, the museums, using the heritage resources have been presented as instruments of cultural diffusion and communication. In this sense, their actions seek to leverage the culture to which they belong, while promoting understanding and respect for different cultural characteristics of social groups. They also lie at the prospect of acting in order to stimulate awareness of the importance of aspects that both differentiate and unite the different cultures. Based on the above assertions, this research project aims to investigate, analyze and interpret the heritage processes compared musealization and culture with a view to (re) configure and / or strengthen an Ibero-American identity. The proposal also aims to identify how collections and / or exhibition of a certain culture act in the sense of intercultural communication, how these actions are perceived by the public of the museum. That is: to investigate how anthropological museums (or anthropological bias) operating in the representation (and (re) signification) of a culture, put in place as a bridge between cultures. This study aims to identify and view the methods and anthropological theories that museums have adopted in the preparation and implementation of activities aiming to promote cultural dialogue and multivocality. | |
