Abstract The aim of this study is to establish the best protocol for ovarian stimulation testing single administrations, multiple constant and decreasing FSHp in doses of 80 and 160 mg in addition to check whether the 48 or 60 hours after onset of stimulation is the best time to oocyte recovery in prepubertal Santa Ines sheep, getting better quantity and quality of oocytes and better in vitro matured. Will be used 72 animals divided into 12 groups according to the treatment undergone. You will be subjected to follicular aspiration, oocytes recoveries and subjected to quantitative assessment, qualitative in vitro maturation. Data expressed as mean ± standard deviation and will be submitted to analysis of variance (ANOVA). | |
