Abstract

This project aims dedicate to the problem: do the conceptions related to educational change vary according to the teacher’s participation in the educational policies definition? The research activities will be done about the hypothesis that meanings of educational change vary according that participation. The researches general goal is verify if meanings of educational change vary according teacher’s participation in England, in two African countries and two Asian countries. For reach this goal, it will be describe educational change meanings attributes by politicians and teachers trade union leaders, school professionals in school of England, such as foreign postgraduate students. Besides it will be describe teacher’s participation both in England and those African and Asian countries. (AU)
