Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of in vitro aging in yttria stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP. Disks of Y-TZP, after thermal aging in an autoclave at different times will be evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and phase transformation by FT-Raman spectroscopy. The numerical values obtained for the phase transformation will be submitted to statistical analysis. (AU)
