Abstract Supersymmetric versions of the SO(10) and PQ models are examples of highly motivated extensions of the MSSM (Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model). In this project we propose the study of these two classes of models considering the experimental results from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and from direct and indirect Dark Matter detection experiments. For the study of the cosmology of the supersymmetric PQ we will make use of the system of coupled Boltzmann equations, which allows us to analyze complex scenarios, so far neglected in the literature.
