Abstract

The aim of the present work is to assess the capacity of the wild C. metallidurans and C. metallidurans genetically modified (with the surface display of the synthetic phytochelatin EC20sp) to immobilize the ions Pb++ and Hg++ at different concentrations in aqueous media
