Abstract

Breast cancer in dogs is common among mammals and that the canine species is one of the most affected, and their injuries are known for their heterogeneity. This project has as main objective to study through experimental trials in cultivation "in vitro" in monolayer and in 3 dimensions apoptosis interaction between the proteins p53, p63, Bcl-2 and Bax involved in this process, as well as the enzyme DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) and the action of the drug Carboplatin in cultivation in 3D. This neoplasm offers a unique opportunity to study the interaction of proteins involved in apoptosis along with the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
