Abstract

Today with the improvement of care for pets and the progress of veterinary medicine, it is necessary for a deeper study of diseases and the establishment of routine clinical laboratories for the diagnosis and assessment of prognosis. In order to clarify doubts in veterinary oncology, this project is to evaluate clinical and laboratory animals with canine cutaneous lymphoma treated with Lomustine. This is part of a larger project, in which dogs diagnosed with cutaneous lymphoma will be submitted to the clinical stage and anatomical classification, using histopathology, this will take place after immunophenotyping with anti-CD3, anti- CD79a, anti-caspase-3, and anti-MIB-1 and ultimately an expression of the MDR-1 gene.(AU)
