Abstract

The research intends to compare the practices of humanitarian international philanthropic network, which has recently trying to build a global public sphere by means of assistentialit practice. It is intended to analyze the impact of these institutional practices and the everyday life of individuals affected and envisage the resifignance possibilities of such practices through the relationships that its establishes in native reality. It will be analyzed two distinct universes, but connected through the humanitarian network streams of materials and signs and placed on an equal levels through their terms and policies. On one side is the Heliopolis´ slum in Sao Paulo, on the other, the province of Inhambane in Mozambique, the two linked by the experience of international NGOs and take has partners in making the idea of "inclusive development".
