Abstract

The IC design, Characterization of protease inhibitors for the FMD virus (FMDV - Foot and Mouth Virus desease) Lbpro, is to develop activities for measuring the inhibitory activity of cyclopalladated compounds on cysteine protease of the virus Foot and mouth disease Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV). In this context, we determine the values of IC50 for each compound tested to obtain a panel of potential target molecules to be analyzed.For its realization will be used as substrates off fluorescence probe to monitor the rate of hydrolysis by enzymes and the fluorescence generated by the breakdown of the probe, followed in Spectrofluorimeter. Thus, we understand the mechanism of action of proteases on their respective fluorogenic probes and be able to properly collect the results and be able to understand them and interpret them correctly.
