Abstract This project aims to develop a commented anthology of poems with the Portuguese poet Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen. She lived in Portugal when Salazar was in power, was a troubled period of dictatorship for many intellectuals. Shophia de Mello, with its revolutionary character, reveals all her feelings, which were also similar to those of society, rebellion and struggle for freedom. Her poems cover the period of Portuguese neorealism, a movement that carries the phenomenon of artistic conscientious, context in which much of the literary theorists make use of political ideologies, relating the literary work with reality and with the prospect of transforming society. | |
