Abstract

We aim to comprehend the relationship between the silencing process and the reiteration of the common sense speech within the intersection of booklets and the printed media. We establish a counterpoint relationship between booklets and newspaper reports that present convergent subjects for the development of the analyses. This research is supported by Materialist Discourse Analysis theory, which aims to comprehend the effect of sense in the discoursive functioning.
