Abstract

The present work aims to identify and analyze the educational theories and assumptions that underly the political pedagogical project of continuing education courses offered by the Formation and Enhancement School of Teachers (EFAP) REE / SP, in the period 2009 to 2011. Connected with other moments of our research process, we intend to recover the unity of all implicit in the literature, and sources obtained by the analysis of continuing education courses of the EFAP / SEE / SP, seeks in a broader process of synthesis, to explain the common elements of historical and philosophical analysis performed. To accomplish this synthesis and the broader discussion of the results, this research will take as reference the most recent studies on the formation of the educator and the historical perspective of philosophical pedagogy in Brazil. Finally we hope to contribute to the diagnosis of the problem of continuous training of educators in Brazil, by analyzing the historical and philosophical foundations of educational theories, as well as political and social motivations that allow the State of Sao Paulo, to call as its responsibility the historic struggle of the teacher's social movement which is the training while they are in service.
