Abstract

There's, in one side, a tradition of thought expressed in the formulations of various philosophers, since Ancient Greece to the end of modernity. And on the other side, what denotes a disruption with tradition evidenced by the changes in the theoretical formulations characteristics of contemporary philosophy. Although it's not necessary that the mark of reference of the disruption be identified with the changes in thought, Starting from the presumption that the disruption with tradition has its origin in events what allows a study of ethic linking its substantial changes of formulations with the other changes in the domains of human comprehension; since the divergences displayed by some of the theoretical formulations still manifest the remains of an conceptual apparatus of tradition. From that idea begin a study of the existent conditions for the formulation of ethics, especially those of contemporaneity like the impossibility of maintenance of an infinitist formulation; joining with that, the finding of being launched in the question of finitude with relation to the comprehension of man and his act from an analogy with Hannah Arendt about the political question. This analogy won't properly deal with politics, but with the configuration in disruption with tradition. (AU)
