Abstract

This study will be conducted to evaluate the apoptosis process after BoHV-1 and BoHV-5 experimental infection of MDBK monolayers. The flow cytometric analysis will be applied in order to search for cell markers of apoptosis, and also transglutaminase and telomerase assay. The cell viability and anexin/PI search will also applied and the results will be analysed in triplicate.
