Abstract

This research consists in an attempt to develop a conceptual analysis of the notion of "drama" as elaborated by Fernando Pessoa in the organization and in the constitution of his work. Therefore are going to be approached the prose texts he wrote about it, as well as a specific corpus of poems and dramaturgic texts. Hypothetically, the critical analysis of those texts will enable us to conceive them as components of a same and ambitious aim to associate them one each other that guides itself by the surpassing of well-marked frontier between the lyric and the dramatic genre, as much as by an yearning for a monumental non wholeness, which is subjacent to Pessoa´s poetic. In this manner, the research intend to indicate through the singularities of the poetry in theater and of the theater in poetry the conformation of a theater of writing performed by this author in his work.
