Abstract

This project was developed in order to analyze the role of social projects coordinated by the Secretary of Social Work of Presidente Prudente in the lives of adolescents exposed to potential risk contexts, in coordination with the discussions on the indicators of protection and resilience processes. The theme for the project came from experiences in participating in research whose objectives were focused on investigation of the phenomenon of resilience in at-risk populations. As to the relevance of this study, it is important that the work will contribute to the scientific field of study of the phenomenon of resilience, approaching her studies in education. It is worth pointing out that, such data can be used in discussions aimed at improving the care provided by social projects, as well as other socio-educational environments. As participants of this research, there will be adolescents attending 08 projects (called child-citizen) of the municipality, and two of each project, which will be selected through simple random sampling and convenience. From the methodological point of view, the procedures are: conducting initial semi-structured interviews to be conducted with adolescents and their families, the use of visual methods, particularly through the use of cameras, with subsequent recorded interview about the photos. The analysis of the material will be effected through the technique of content analysis.
